We are the Money family. Each working in the entertainment industry for the past 20+ years as agent & actor, we dreamt of building a business together that could be an escape from the fast-paced world of entertainment, something that would be consistent and spark joy for our family. Inspired by our daughter’s love of ice from a young age, Sailor’s Chillzone was born. We set out to provide our community with quality products and services, offering a delicious icy treat with a large variety of delicious flavors including sugar free options, so there is something for everyone!
We source our syrups from the best in the biz, a family run business called Hypothermias out of Arizona. We searched far and wide for partners that had the same core values as we intend to uphold with our business model. Using 100% pure cane sugar made from the finest ingredients to ensure the most authentic flavor in every bite. They also provide us with a variety of sugar-free flavors sweetened with 100% organic monk fruit and non-GMO, organic erythritol. Each flavor handcrafted in small batches of artisanal flavors that exceed your expectations on how shave ice should taste.

We strive to be a convenient and aesthetically pleasing option for our clients rather than the traditional food truck or folding table display. We keep our prices competitive, yet serve our customers from behind our custom-designed cart, that can easily fit in with the landscape of your event.
Whether upscale or a simple backyard party, our set up blends in hassle free! We offer a wide range of flavors including several sugar-free & even dye-free options upon request. We are able to check all the boxes with the varieties offered, appealing to a Gluten Free, Vegan, Kosher, Non GMO, Peanut Free & even a Keto friendly client base. This is extremely important to us as we look to offer the accessibility of a more health-conscious option of a sweet treat in our community. One thing we are most proud of, is that each suggested combo on our menu is available in sugar-free as well.
The Chillzone is an additional service we provide including tents, lawn games, chairs, cushions and more to achieve an all-encompassing “chill” experience. We are reliable, easy to work with and open to last-minute bookings. Understanding when hosting a party there are several options to go with, especially in LA, but we believe our attention to detail, customer service and friendly approach will leave you wanting to return to Sailor’s Chillzone for all your future events! We cater to private events & fundraisers in Los Angeles, specifically the San Fernando Valley and for an additional charge, we go beyond these parameters.
